We offer project management services of maintenance portfolios. This entails a review of the performance or condition of a lift or escalator systems and can include the management of a competitive tendering process to obtain the very best cost solution to meet our Customers’ requirements.

We also advise on annual budgetary expectations for equipment upgrades and Health and Safety requirements.
